Wow, was I ever glad to find a site that I could finally let the world know about Northwest Bedding. Do not buy from them, buyer beware. I purchased a 1400.00 dollar bed from them and after about 6 years it was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. Supposedly the latex mattress had a 20 year warranty. NOT. They refused to come and see it without a fee, I could have brought it to them if wanted to. I stopped in many times to talk to folks and got nowhere, the sales guy finally told me to write a letter to the manager which I did and only a few days later it was returned to me saying they would not help at all. Personally I don't believe the guy ever read the letter he just rejected it. I too wanted to support a local company, well, look where it got me. DO NOT BUY FROM NORTHWEST BEDDING..
