Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice for creating unity between the body, mind and spirit. Using traditional postures and stretches, we focus on total body movement, with attention to alignment, strength and flexibility. Integrated breathing and a quiet, focused mind facilitate this process, and promote stability, serenity and well-being.Our yoga instruction is influenced by the Iyengar Method of Hatha Yoga. However, each of our instructors has developed their own unique style of teaching, having been influenced by a variety of different teachers and methods over the years.
