Patrick C. Collins, DDS is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons . He graduated from the University of Washington in 1976 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. In 1982 he completed his surgical residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School/Parkland Memorial Hospital.
